Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Door to Door Appointment Setter to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. YOUR ROLE

• Use Renewal by Andersen designed sales tools and processes to meet or exceed individual/team goals.
• Canvass Neighborhoods and meet with prospective customers, quickly build trust and rapport, consult with them on window and door needs.
• Continue to stay on top of industry trends, competition, and Renewal by Andersen offerings.
• Represent our company proudly and adopt our mission and core values.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least one year of sales (Preferred)
• Strong focus on consultative selling and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all levels and backgrounds
• Highly motivated to deliver to clients the best service experience each time
• Winning attitude, ambition, and drive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Schedule availability to conduct homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Direct Marketing Associate

Compensation $17.00 Hourly + Performance-Based Bonus Structure

Richmond Window Corporation (RWC) has been in business since 1954, starting out with a location in Carytown and now located in Glen Allen, Virginia. RWC is the exclusive provider for Renewal by Andersen replacement windows and patio doors as well as a Platinum Plus Dealer for ProVia entry and patio doors. PTO:

Year of Hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year of hire.
January 1, following hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year. On each anniversary, employees earn an additional day of PTO, adding .15 hour per payday for each additional year of service. January 1, following 5 complete years of continuous employment – Employees will be earning 2.77 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 18 days per calendar year.

401K:

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan by making Elective Deferral Contributions and receive Safe Harbor Matching Contributions on the first day of the calendar month, coincident with or next following the date you attain age 21 and you complete 6 months of service, measured from your date of hire, provided that you are an Eligible Employee, which means you must be employed by Richmond Window Corporation or any affiliate who has adopted the Plan, at the end of that period.

Health Benefits:

Richmond Window Corporation will pay 85% of your individual monthly healthcare insurance premium, at our current rates. We reserve the right to cap it at that rate of paid coverage should our premiums be increased. You must elect coverage through our provider to receive this benefit; we currently offer United Health Care. Your insurance will become effective on the 1st day of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment, if you elect coverage.
